Over the last few years, the Polish maritime industry recorded a significant growth especially in the area of the renascent shipyard industry and ports. With the Polish government’s plan on further growth of the maritime sector, a very ambitious development of the maritime sector is foreseen in the future.

Denmark and Poland are actually neighbors sharing a maritime border in the Baltic Sea, with a well-rooted maritime culture. Both countries can greatly benefit from development of bilateral cooperation in the maritime sector.
