New travel regulations to and from Denmark

10.09.2020  13:12

Denmark will open for further travel to and from Schengen countries and the UK from 27 June 2020.

The system will be based on objective criteria like e.g. infection rates. For EU/Schengen countries and the UK, the Danish travel advice will be updated weekly starting from 27 June based on new infection rates.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will no longer advise against travels to countries with less than 20 new cases per 100,000 inhabitants per week – provided that the country does not apply strict entry restrictions for Danes.

Full list of recommendations and list of specific rules applying to individual countries entering into force on 27 June will be made public 25 June.
