30thanniversary of the Honorary Consular Appointment of Julian Franciszek Skelnik

On Friday 31.03.2023, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Honorary Consular Appointment of Mr. Julian F. Skelnik, who works in Gdynia.

The honorary consul is the representative of Denmark in his community. He maintains Polish-Danish relations and takes care of initiatives promoting Denmark. He also carries assistance to Danish citizens residing in our country. His work for Denmark is immense, and his support in the daily work of the Embassy is invaluable.

Thanks to the efforts of Mr. Skelnik, a book on the history of the Danish envoy offices in Gdańsk and Gdynia was published. It presents the dynamic history of the relationship between Denmark and its neighbors.
