Digitalisation

Digitalisation in the private sector is at a high level. However in the public sphere it is still lagging behind. The government was successful in introducing some digital solutions in the areas of health, records and access to public documents. These services can be accessed through Profil Zaufany (Trusted Profile). In 2019 the governmetn unvailed the new e-ID which will replace the trusted profile as a way to authorize access to digital solutions without the need for login and password. E-ID will be in universal use by 2029. 

Entrepreneurs can access their business documentation and file documents via Biznes.gov.pl. 

There is still much that needs to be done mainly in the the fields of education. Additionally, there is an unequal access to internet between urban and rural areas. Denmark as one of the most digitalised countries in the world, has a lot to offer in this regard.
